Lead 3D Environment Artist

Speedway Games is an independent studio developing and publishing cross-platform games on the Roblox platform, we have over 1.6 billion visits to our games and more than 1.5 million daily players. Our flagship game is Vehicle Legends, a top racing game on the platform for the last 3+ years.

We are looking for a lead environment artist to join us working on a variety of our projects!

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Creating high-quality 3D Models and textures, creating buildings and assets in Roblox

• Balance artistic aspects with technical constraints

• Review integrated work

• Lead, mentor and motivate environment artists

• Create work planning to a small team

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Minimum 5 years of commercial production experience in an environment art role.

• Deep understanding of art fundamentals and design, a keen eye for composition, shape, color and detail

• Strong 3D modeling skills. Expert level proficiency in 3D packages such as 3DsMax, Maya or Blender

• Ability to mentor less experienced artists

• Great communication skills
