Lead Game Designer (Middle/Senior)

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Game Designer (Middle/Senior) to join our team at Dynasti to create new MMORPG (Realistic, PC/Console) games with good quality and a good working environment.

As a Lead Game Designer at Dynasti, you'll be instrumental in the creation of our MMORPG projects and managing Game Designer’s staff. These games are set in realistic worlds that come to life on the Unreal Engine platform, spanning across PC and console platforms.

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader of game designers who will lead our team and make a key contribution to MMORPG development. Your role will involve leading game designers, defining the strategic direction of development, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the gaming experience. Your experience and expertise in the MMORPG genre will be invaluable for project success.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring game designers in the team.

• Developing and managing game design processes, including systems, mechanics, and content.

• Defining the strategic vision of the game and its key features.

• Continuous improvement and optimization of the gaming experience for players.

• Design and implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and game features within the Unreal Engine environment.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure a high-quality gaming experience that fulfills player expectations.

• Create specifications and documentation for gameplay elements.

• Balancing, GAS, lore, quests, management, and more.

Какого профессионала ищем?

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Game Designer/Lead Game Designer/Producer.

• Experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its intricacies.

• Previous game development experience, especially in the MMORPG genre, is a plus.

• Solid grasp of game design fundamentals and MMORPG game experience.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Creativity, non-conventional thinking, and the ability to generate captivating content.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team.

• The ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and coherently.

• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and the ability to inspire a team
