Netherlands-registered, fully remote studio making PC/Steam titles with a strong focus on Adult (18+) visual novels and narrative-driven games. Light hierarchy, quick iteration, cross-discipline collaboration.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?
You’ll craft compelling narrative experiences for adult visual novels: worlds, characters, branching stories, choices with consequences, and engine-ready scripts that integrate cleanly with gameplay and UI.
What you’ll do
Build the narrative foundation: setting, themes, tone, character bios/arcs.
Design branching structures, write dialogues, choices, barks, quest/UX copy.
Implement interactive logic (variables/flags, checks, endings) and keep continuity.
Prepare engine-ready scripts (Naninovel) with clean markup & IDs.
Create and maintain narrative docs
Collaborate with GD/UI/Art/Dev to align story, pacing, and presentation
Какого профессионала ищем?
At least 6 months of experience
Solid grasp of story structure
Ability to write concise, clear, character-true dialogue and scene directions.
Experience (or fast learning curve) with Naninovel
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
Comfortable working with 18+ content and respective content guidelines.
