На какие задачи (обязанности)?
Conduct analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of payment efficiency;
Manage relationships with key payment providers to ensure seamless transactions;
Support and enhance current payment flows in collaboration with internal teams, aiming to boost conversion rates and minimize user disputes;
Participate in reconciliations with external payment service providers and payment reporting;
Assist in local payment solutions market analysis;
Implement initiatives to reduce payment costs, optimize payment performance, and streamline cash flow;
Work closely with internal tech teams to ensure uninterrupted payment processing and minimize transaction errors;
Address escalations or issues impacting customers, and drive projects to enhance customer experience;
Contribute to the creation or revision of policies and system
Какого профессионала ищем?
👨🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:
3+ years experience as a Payment Operations Manager;
Expertise in global payment systems, regional regulations, and norms;
Insight into payment trends and markets in North America, Europe, CIS, East Asia, and LATAM;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insights;
Proven ability to manage complex problems in e-commerce payments;
Knowledge of OFAC/AML, Know Your Customer, and Risk Awareness principles;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing both strategic and tactical projects while prioritizing effectively to meet business needs;
Experience with credit card chargebacks and risk minimization;
Upper Intermediate level of English.
WILL BE YOUR BOOST:
Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and tokens is a plus;
Experience with marketplaces; bonus points for experience with digital goods;
Background in the gaming industry;
Understanding of Steam operations;
Knowledge of CS2, CS:GO, and Dota as a significant plus.
