Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support the company management in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the gamedev. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the MENA region, a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, a passion for game development, and a strong background in gaming.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

- Provide high-level administrative support to the manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist in preparing presentations, and other business documents for internal and external structuries / partners
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and potential opportunities in the Game and Web3 spaces
- Act as a liaison between the manager and internal teams,  partners, and other external parties
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO's business trips within the MENA region and globally

Какого профессионала ищем?

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in the MENA region
- Strong understanding of the Web3 industry, including blockchain technology, NFTs, decentralized finance, and other emerging trends
- Passion for game development and a keen interest in the gaming industry
- Knowledge of popular games, gaming platforms, and gaming communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
