Producer (New Project)

We are Belka Games, a mobile gaming company based in Limassol. We are in the top 15 grossing companies in the EU according to data.ai and all this is thanks to our team of awesome professionals. Some facts about us:

• We've released 3 projects internationally: "Clockmaker", "Solitaire Cruise" and "Bermuda Adventures". We've got a few more in the works.

You will be responsible for the full range of product issues, from the game development strategy to the creation of specific features.

You won't miss new trends in the casual game market because you'll be the one creating them as you lead the project to success!

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Support the full development cycle for new game mechanics;

• Positively impact the growth of game metrics;

• Take part in strategic planning and drafting the project roadmap;

• Oversee product quality at all stages of development;

• Analyze the state of the product, form and work through hypotheses for improving it;

• Monitor the project, analyze changes in the product's economics and technical condition;

• Continuously study new market trends.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or a Lead Game Designer;

• A portfolio of successful projects (mandatory);

• Understanding of the casual mobile games market and its trends, good observation skills;

• Experience making decisions based on game statistics analysis;

• Would be nice: understanding of blockchain and experience working with NFTs.

Expected results:

• Growth of key metrics;

• Product scaling, leading it to soft/global launch;

• Improvement of product quality.
