Project Manager

Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments where you can build advanced digital solutions? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our iLottery business unit, helping deliver innovative, customer focused projects across digital lottery platforms.

You’ll bridge the worlds of technology, public service, and entertainment, working hand-in-hand with state lottery clients and internal teams to create secure, engaging digital experiences for players nationwide. This role combines the agility of a tech startup with the mission of a public-benefit organization.

Please note: this position will start as remote but transition to a hybrid work schedule once our office location is established.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external lottery clients, third-party partners, and internal cross-functional teams, serving as the primary liaison to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful project outcomes

• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and customer meetings to drive clarity, collaboration, and accountability

• Manage expectations, deliverables, and communication across multiple organizations and project phases

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project delivery: from initiation and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch evaluation

• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Business teams

• Drive progress through structured project plans, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are handled effectively

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place for critical dependencies

• Maintain high standards for quality, compliance, and performance—especially in regulated gaming environments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with UX/UI, QA, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to gaming regulations

• Promote cross-team communication and accountability to achieve unified project outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field

• 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in digital product delivery, gaming, lottery, or SaaS

• Validated experience managing external client relationships, including communication, expectation management, and delivery across multiple organizations

• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Familiarity with digital product platforms, compliance requirements, or public sector environments is a plus

• PMP or Agile certification is a plus, but not required

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
