Project Manager/ Project Manager Assistant

We at Red Rift love what we do, and we are engaged in full cycle game development, and creating game content.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be the "hands-on" person for our project, following established processes. This role requires someone with a high level of gaming experience on Steam across various projects, with a particular advantage if you have experience with CCG and TCG games.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Follow established project management processes and ensure their effective implementation.

• Develop and maintain roadmaps based on instructions.

• Monitor task statuses in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are up-to-date and their contents are complete based on context from team chats.

• Track task stages and signal their status to relevant team members.

• Manage daily stand-ups and other regular meetings, maintaining the state of tasks and milestones.

• Maintain project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to the team.

• Oversee project processes and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.

• Identify and signal any issues or blockers that may impact project timelines or quality.

• Understand the specifics of client-server development.

• Handle bug reports and ensure they are addressed promptly.

• Identify imperfections in the project and ensure they are resolved.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

• High level of gaming experience on Steam with a variety of projects.

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

• Ability to create and maintain roadmaps based on provided instructions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to update and maintain task contents based on team discussions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Understanding of client-server development.
