Localization Project Manager

Roboto Global is a company based in Poland and established in 2002. It specialises in game localisation, film translation, and literary translation. Over time, the company has extended its range of services to include dubbing, linguistic quality assurance (LQA), functional quality assurance (FQA), and focus testing. In 2020, it acquired and further developed the Sound Tropez recording studio, now known as Roboto Sound. For almost two decades now, Roboto has collaborated with the largest global game publishers. Every year, millions of words in dozens of languages flow through the keyboards and microphones of the company’s specialists.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

♦ coordinating all aspects of projects including project scheduling;

♦ budgeting, resource allocation, quality control, and invoicing;

♦ maintaining effective communication and positive relationships with the clients, translators, and editors, as well as the internal Roboto team;

♦ creating and maintaining project documentation;

♦ making sure that deadlines are met and highest quality maintained;

♦ compliance with relevant and applicable procedures.

Какого профессионала ищем?

♦ proficiency in English is a MUST, knowledge of other foreign languages would be a plus;

♦ excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects within tight deadlines and budgets;

♦ exceptional communication skills;

♦ demonstrated experience at working with a client;

♦ attention to detail (put the keyword in the subject line of your response email),

♦ MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy including knowledge of different file formats, conversion, etc.;

Nice to have:

♦ CAT tools proficiency;

♦ experience in the translation industry;

♦ knowledge of audio/video editing;

♦ knowledge of Photoshop and image editing.

Какие условия и бонусы?

The work will be based in our office located in Warsaw (Poland). You need to be able to work in office hours from Monday to Friday.

Temporarily, it will be a fully remote position due to the pandemic situation.
