На какие задачи (обязанности)?

We are currently looking for a Senior Game Character Artist (Realistic Style) to collaborate with our team on AAA game projects.

In this role, you will work closely with external art leads and external teams to produce high-quality, production-ready character assets that meet both artistic vision and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality realistic 3D character models based on concept art and project briefs.

• Sculpt detailed characters, creatures, costumes, and armor using industry-standard pipelines.

• Produce game-ready assets, including high-poly sculpts, optimized low-poly models, UV layouts, and PBR textures.

• Ensure characters maintain realistic anatomy, proportions, and believable material definition.

• Collaborate with art directors, concept artists, and technical artists to ensure assets meet both visual and technical standards.

• Optimize assets for real-time performance in modern game engines while maintaining visual fidelity.

• Work with rigging and animation teams to ensure proper topology and deformation.

• Maintain consistent AAA-quality standards across character production.

• 3+ years of professional experience in game development as a Character Artist.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic AAA-quality character work.

• Advanced understanding of human anatomy, facial structure, clothing folds, and material realism.

• Expertise in high-poly sculpting and game-ready character pipelines. 

• Experience creating assets for real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to match established art styles and quality bars. 

• Ability to work independently and deliver assets according to production schedules.
