We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technical Product Owner to join our Social Casino company. In this leadership role, you will drive the development and optimization of our casino games and supporting platforms, ensuring an engaging user experience. Acting as a critical link between product strategy and technical execution, you'll guide cross-functional teams, mentor product owners, and help align technology solutions with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Own and manage the technical roadmap for games and platform systems.
Align product development with business goals and player experience.
Guide and mentor Technical Product Owners across multiple teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
Support planning, prioritization, and backlog management.
Lead system integration efforts and address cross-project risks.
Define testing strategies and ensure product quality.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent user needs.
Promote continuous improvement and adopt modern tools and practices.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar leadership role, preferably in games, tech, or digital products.
Solid understanding of product lifecycles, technical documentation, and agile methodologies.
Experience mentoring or leading others with a supportive, growth-focused approach.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced, and collaborative environments.
Strong technical literacy and ability to participate in technical discussions.
Analytical and solution-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with tools and systems such as CRM, LiveOps, or analytics platforms is a plus.
Passion for delivering high-quality products, continuous learning, and team collaboration.
