UI Tech Lead

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 250+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

We are looking for a UI Technical Lead to design, implement and maintain the code of the UFL User Interface.

Our goal is to create highly performant interfaces that naturally fit into the already existing project architecture and complement its core technical features. The role implies a significant degree of autonomy, a precise focus on the team's needs, and effective cross-functional interaction. You will provide technical design, create project roadmaps and plan sprints, prioritize your team's work and ensure each member reaches their potential. As a Lead Engineer, you will share knowledge, collaborate daily with other experts, and build a good working relationship with the in-house and outsourced partners.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• A team-player mindset and strong leadership skills;

• Technical UI leadership experience for at least one successfully launched gaming project (Senior or Lead role);

• Hands-on UI implementation experience;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present your ideas to a large group of discipline experts and other leads on the project;

• Expert knowledge of C++;

• Multi-platform and console development experience;

• Localization pipelines knowledge;

• Passion for game development;
