Unity Tech Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Unity Tech Lead for Program Ace company.

Program-Ace is an innovative company specializing in software development, particularly in Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games, and applications. We are leaders in our market segment and constantly seek talented professionals who want to join our team.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

⭐️ How exactly can you contribute to the company’s development:

• Lead the architecture and development of complex Unity projects, ensuring best practices and performance optimization;

• Participation in sales and pre-sales activities, including presentations to potential clients. Prepare other team members for interviews with potential clients;

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, promoting skill growth and ensuring project objectives are met;

• Facilitate communication between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms;

• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

✅What tasks are ahead of you during the probationary period:

• Improve the project evaluation process (preferably ensuring evaluations align by 80% across projects);

• Provide an assessment of the technical team;

• Develop a course for the Unity team.

• Tech Lead / Dev Team Lead / Staff Tech Coordinator

📌 What is required to join us:

• 6+ years of experience in developing Unity Applications;

• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead;

• Expertise with Unity3D (2019+) and C# - you should be an expert;

• Ability to build processes (e.g., code reviews), implement, and develop engineering practices;

• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Ability to lead the development process from scratch as well as using Unity bundles, templates, assets and packages, and third-party tools and services;

• Skills for technical project planning and critical path creation;

• Skills for preliminary estimations with a deep understanding of risks and their minimization;

• English Upper Intermediate or higher.
