We are tinyBuild - a fast-growing videogames label with our own game production studios. We operate a portfolio of fun, innovative, engaging games for PC, X-Box, PlayStation and leading VR headsets.
Currently we are looking for a specialist who will manage our user acquisition campaigns, design and implement growth strategies, and collaborate on the go-to-market plan for our upcoming titles.
As this is the first UA Manager position open at the company, this job brings an opportunity to build and develop this process from scratch, and eventually lead the UA effort in the company. We provide everything needed for growth and career development.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?
Manage user acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of PC/console videogames, across a variety of advertising platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Reddit etc.;
Optimize campaigns continuously through analyzing KPIs and rigorous testing;
Design and implement user acquisition strategies as part of product go-to-market plan;
Collaborate on creating promotional videos and other assets, with internal and external creative teams, to build a stable flow of world-class, fully optimized creatives;
Research user acquisition market trends for video games on PC and consoles, and engage the team in experiments;
Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign efficiency; make ample use of UTM and other tracking technologies; gather insights and share this information with the team;
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with creative/advertising agencies and platforms;
Develop and automate tools for User Acquisition, including dashboards for KPI tracking;
Optimize business processes between Product Marketing, User Acquisition team and advertising agencies and platforms.
Advocate Growth mindset within the team, fostering rapid experimentation and short feedback loops.
Какого профессионала ищем?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, finance, or another quantitative field;
3+ years experience in digital marketing for video games;
Hands-on experience with digital advertising, Ad & Social networks including tracking tools and attribution;
Demonstrated experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them;
Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven, Agile environment;
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
Advanced Excel skills;
A strong team player, team management experience is a big plus.
