Art Director (AAA)

We at Red Rift love what we do, and we are engaged in full cycle game development, and creating game content. Our company was founded in 2019 in Michigan. We are completely remote business with a team of 100+ like-minded people who share the importance of creativity, responsibility for results and boundless love for games. Now we are looking for a talented Art Director, who will join the team to work on various projects in our studio.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Define and drive the artistic vision and style of the game, ensuring a cohesive and captivating visual experience.

• Lead and inspire a team of artists across various disciplines, including character design, environment art, animation, and UI.

• Collaborate closely with the game design and development teams to align artistic vision with gameplay and technical requirements.

• Oversee the entire art production pipeline, ensuring quality and consistency while meeting deadlines.

• Provide feedback and mentorship to the art team, fostering a creative and efficient work environment.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in game art and graphics to keep the game competitive and visually innovative.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

At least 5 years of experience in game art direction or senior art roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (dark fantasy projects be a plus)

Proven experience leading and managing an art team in a game development setting.

Extensive knowledge of art processes from concept to final in-game assets.

Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and how they contribute to player experience and game design.

Strong understanding of PC CCG and their distinct visual styles.
