Art Project Manager

Rise of Kingdoms is a mobile MMO real-time strategy game inspired by history. Today the number of players in the world has exceeded 100 million. It is ranked TOP1 in the revenue list of Chinese games which entered the global market.

In August 2021, Legou Games opened in Kyiv its first studio abroad which ultimately will take care of all art creation for Rise of Kingdoms. We now have here an experienced and multinational team of around 30 people.

And we are looking for a talented Art Project Manager to join us!

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• You will follow the daily progress of the art production;

• You will be in charge of the short-medium term scheduling & you will provide weekly reports of studio production and periodic reports of the production status;

• You will be in charge of sharing the production documents (planning, guidelines. and feedback) with the art leaders,

• You will ensure that every team member knows the production plan, task priorities, deadlines, and production goals

• You will be in charge to track the production performances of the team members

• In accordance with AD guidelines, you will manage the studio team, ensuring that project delivery is in line with the production requirements and quarterly OKR.

• You will manage the team following the agile management principles

• You’ll need to establish and maintain a proper communication flow with the Legou studio in Chengdu.

• You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing production data; you’ll also take care of the studio document archive and of the repository maintenance

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least 3 years of experience as an APM or assistant APM in mobile game production or at least one mobile game product in the belt

• Deep understanding of mobile game agile development processes and pipelines;

• Deep knowledge of project management techniques and approaches (waterfall, kanban, etc.)

• Good communication skills

• Upper-intermediate English both spoken and written (this is a must)

• Flexible mindset, problem solver, production goals orientation, familiar with an international and multicultural environment
  

Bonus points:

• Knowledge of Chinese/experience working with Chinese companies

• Passion for Art

• Basic knowledge of the standard tools for video game development (3ds max, Maya, photoshop, unity, etc.)

• Experience with Jira and agile management tools
