Driven by the transformative potential of games, we are currently focusing on a gripping PC game demo – a fresh take on the Lushers test set in an adventurous and mysterious backdrop.

Inner Child is at the demo/MVP stage and promises to be an engaging blend of Adventure and Educational genres. Our team of 10 dedicated professionals are working together to bring this vision to life on the PC platform.

First of all, we are looking for a co-founder, with a high entrepreneurship spirit!
Main Responsibilities
1. Investment Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute a robust investment attraction strategy.
- Identify potential investors within the gaming, mental health, or edtech sectors and gain insight into their investment preferences and criteria.
- Determine the optimal approach for attracting investments and align it with the overall business strategy.
2. Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing investors.
- Ensure regular and effective communication to keep them informed of our progress, address their queries, and involve them in our strategic decision-making process.
- Leverage these relationships to establish partnerships that align with our business goals.
3. Funding Proposals
- Craft compelling funding proposals that effectively communicate our business vision, financial forecasts, and the potential return on investment.
- Present these proposals to potential investors, ensuring they understand the value proposition and growth potential of MEANDR GAMES.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop comprehensive financial models and projections to strengthen the proposals.
4. Market Research
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of market trends and competitive strategies within the gaming, mental health, and edtech sectors.
- Utilize this knowledge to inform our investment attraction strategy and understand investor preferences and expectations.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including investors and strategic partners.
- Ensure alignment and mutual comprehension of our business direction, goals, and growth plans.
- Foster strong relationships to leverage the collective expertise and resources of our stakeholders.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other teams, such as business development, finance, and product development, to create a cohesive and comprehensive investment attraction approach.
- Collaborate with these teams to align strategies, leverage expertise, and ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
By taking on this multifaceted role, the CBO will play a critical part in leading the investment strategy and driving the success of MEANDR GAMES. Your expertise in relationship building, crafting compelling funding proposals, conducting market research, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in attracting investments, securing strategic partnerships, and fueling the growth of the company in the gaming, mental health, and edtech sectors.

Capital Raised
- Value of Investments Secured (Quarterly/Annually): The principal measure of success will be the total amount of capital raised through various investment channels. This can be monitored either quarterly or annually, depending on the funding cycles and key financial milestones.
2. Investor Relations and Partnership Building
- Rate of Investor Network Expansion
Track the growth of your investor network by measuring the increase in the number of potential and actual investors engaged with on a quarterly or annual basis.
- Investor Retention Rate
Quantify how many investors continue to provide support from the existing portfolio, highlighting the effectiveness of retention strategies.
3. Proposal & Strategy Effectiveness
- Funding Proposal Conversion Rate
Divide the number of successful funding proposals by the total number of proposals presented within a specific period to get a clear measure of the effectiveness of your proposal strategy.
- Investment Strategy Alignment Score
Use regular reviews and assessments to rate the degree to which the investment strategy aligns with business goals and drives intended growth.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Stakeholder Satisfaction Score
Implement a regular feedback system from both internal and external stakeholders using qualitative feedback and quantitative ratings like NPS (Net Promoter Score) to gauge stakeholder satisfaction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaboration Success Rate:
Measure the success of cross-functional projects by evaluating project outcomes such as goal achievement, timeline adherence, and financial efficiency.

Familiarity with CRM systems for managing investor relationships, as well as proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for preparing presentations and proposals, is required.Language Knowledge
Proficiency in English is a must, as the role involves communicating with potentially international investors, creating funding proposals in English, and possibly representing the company at global events.Pluses
