Workload: Flexible (approximately 4-8 hours per day, depending on project phase)

Creating high-quality character concepts and illustrated portraits in semi-realistic/realistic style.
Developing detailed character designs based on references, narrative descriptions, mood boards, and the established artistic vision.
Maintaining stylistic consistency aligned with the visual direction of the project.

Preferred Skills:

Would be a significant advantage: ability to work with painterly techniques - experience with a Disco Elysium–like visual approach.
Additionally, it would be a plus: experience creating concepts with sci-fi and futurist aesthetics.
