Chief Financial Officer

We're looking to hire an experienced CFO to join web3/web2 game publisher Hexacore. As our chief financial brain, you'll craft and implement our financial strategy, provide valuable insight from your hands-on experience, and deliver sharp budgetary planning and performance reports. Our ideal candidate is a numbers guru, with a passion for the gaming sector and a personality that makes finances seem more exciting than it should be.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Handle accounting operations for the business, which include general accounting, cost accounting, payables and receivables management, as well as general ledger reconciliation

• Ensure appropriate cash flow to satisfy business demands by managing the company's reporting, cash flow projections, and balance sheet items

• Manage company reporting, balance sheet items, and cash flow projections to ensure appropriate cash flow to satisfy business demands

• Oversee the banking activity of the organization and ensure that the bank balances are maintained appropriately

• Collaborate with the legal department to review contracts related to finances

• Create and implement a comprehensive plan to integrate new accounting, banking, and financial tools and services, streamlining operations to catalyze business growth

• Provide guidance to departments with inquiries about budgeting and assist them with budgetary needs

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of company invoices by overseeing their processing

• Assistance with establishing a smooth and efficient flow of cryptocurrency and fiat currency

• Ensure a secure approach to crypto custody via establishing proper procedures

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a CFO or in a similar role

• Gaming and crypto experience is an advantage

• Expertise in financial requirements for supporting a Hexacore business in BVI/Cyprus and other gaming and crypto-friendly jurisdictions

• Excellent English both written and verbal are a must 

• Good communication skills
