Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 350+ of us spread over 4 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

At Strikerz Inc., we’re more than just game developers — we’re passionate creators who bring football to life through stunning, emotionally rich player cards. Every card we design reflects a player's unique style, spirit, and status on the field.

As part of our team, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends, craft cutting-edge skin card designs, and help deliver AAA-level in-game content that captivates and inspires. Your work won’t just look great — it’ll mean something to players around the world. If you’re ready to turn creativity into impact, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking trends in football, sports culture, and game development;

• Searching for and organising ideas — gathering references, building mood boards, and preparing presentations;

• Creating and testing skin card concepts within existing UI templates;

• Concepting and illustrating distinctive skin boxes;

• Designing “Team of the Month” cards that stand out;

• Designing and illustrating event symbols for team passes.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals;

• Well-developed sense of style and artistic taste;

• Awareness of current trends and the ability to adapt them within the project’s context;

• Ability to quickly visualise your own ideas and interpret others’ concepts into visuals;

• Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback;

• Confidence in explaining and defending your visual decisions;

• Basic understanding of football and sports culture;

• Ability to present your work clearly and demonstrate how it functions on target screens.

Nice to Have:

• Deeper knowledge of football and sports industry trends;

• Passion for football and an insider’s view of the game;

• Understanding of marketing fundamentals;

• Experience in game development;

• Skills in Motion Design;

• Experience working with 3D graphics;

• Proficiency in Figma.
