Data Analyst

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for a Data (Product) Analyst for one of our clients, an enthusiastic young, motivated and passionate team who share the goal of making the best online MMO Sandbox on mobile devices.

The company is working on an open-world mobile multiplayer online action game focusing on social interaction. They strive to create the best open-world gaming experience inspired by the GTA series.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Conduct analytics on monetization, player engagement, game balance, and other aspects of the game project.

• Formulate and test hypotheses for improving product metrics.

• Conduct A/B tests.

• Analyze the effectiveness of changes, adjust and optimize them.

• Model and forecast of the development of the project.

• Work with game logs, write scripts.

• Automate analytics and reporting.

• Participate in designing technical solutions for data operation.

• Maintain a business reporting system and ensure easy and understandable access to all product KPIs for all business participants.

• Control the integrity and validity of all collected data in the game.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience as an Analyst.

• Basic knowledge of Data Engineering.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.

• Understanding of free-to-play game monetization methods.

• Good knowledge of economics, mathematics, and basic statistics, and experience in economic modelling and forecasting.

• Practical experience in applying statistical methods for data analysis that have had an impact on the product.

• Ability to formalize research results and present them in a form that is understandable and convenient for all process participants.
