Game Analyst

We are BoomBit, a leading Mobile Gaming company with a global audience of millions of players and over 1 billion downloads of our games since our inception in 2010. Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Dancing Line and Ramp Car Jumping. We’re a game developer and a publisher. With over 250 employees, we cover games of nearly any genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch.

We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Help to define a direction and a development roadmap for the game

• Create and optimize tools and reports in order to improve the product

• Evaluate the influence of modifications prepared by the product team on product profitability

• Set up KPIs, initiate hypotheses, and analyze A/B tests that aim at the optimization of income during game life cycle

• Analyze game metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing performance, including retention, LTV/ARPU, churn rates, etc.

• Define data plan for the game and create analytics tracking for various games, including events and user properties

• Perform explorations and analysis of large datasets and gather conclusions

• Update product teams about game data and statistics

• Work in a fast-paced and flexible environment

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least one year of commercial experience as Analyst, Game Designer, or similar

• Interest in data analytics and analyzing large datasets

• Knowledge of analytics tools, e.g., Google Cloud Platform, dev2dev

• Critical thinking providing valuable business insights based on the analysis of data

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good level of English, Polish is a plus
