На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Collaboration with product teams and analysts for continuous improvement of gaming metrics;

• Development and auditing of in-game economy;

• Identification of potential sales factors for various gaming genres within the game economy and establishment of key points for their promotion;

• Calculation of in-game product statistics with the development team, as well as evaluation of their contribution to the game's dynamics;

• Management and implementation of pricing strategies for in-game products.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience of at least two years in the role of Game Economy Designer in puzzle games;

• Strong understanding of mathematical statistics and numerical methods;

• Detail-oriented with the ability to propose specific solutions at each stage of the process;

• Proficient in Excel;

• Data-driven design approach;

• Flexible problem-solving skills;

• Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).

Would be a plus:

• Analytical abilities.
