Head of Account Management

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Lead and develop the account management team: set goals, track KPIs, coach, and support professional growth.

• Build and execute client relationship strategies to drive retention, loyalty, and account growth.

• Manage key operator accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and quick resolution of strategic issues.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Collect and analyze client feedback and market trends to inform product and service improvements.

• Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

- Native or fluent Russian

- Proven experience in a similar role

- 1–2 years of experience in the live dealer vertical

- 3–5 years of experience in the iGaming/gambling industry

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 5+ people

- Experience in building internal processes: KPIs, incentive systems, cross-functional collaboration

- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
