Head of CRM/ Retention

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Responsibilities:
— Lead, manage, and mentor a team of CRM team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment;
— Develop and manage CRM strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention;
— Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) and manage bonus programs and loyalty schemes;
— Oversee customer segmentation and data analytics to tailor marketing efforts and improve customer journey;
— Collaborate with different teams (Design, Content, Product, etc.) to ensure timely execution of campaigns and their analysis;
— Innovate and implement new CRM tools and processes, including automation and omnichannel communication strategies;
— Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements across core jurisdictions;
— Provide comprehensive reporting and insights on campaign performance and CRM metrics.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

— A minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM role, with at least 1 year in a Head of CRM or similar leadership position;
— Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and overseeing cross-departmental projects;
— Deep knowledge in business analytics, campaign reporting, and optimizing customer lifecycle journeys;
— Proficiency in CRM tools (Customer.io, Optimove, Smartico etc) and advanced analytics;
— Experience in managing complex marketing campaigns and conducting A/B testing;
— Development and coordination of loyalty programs;
— Proficient in English;
— Additional language skills are beneficial;
