Junior Motion Designer

We are looking for a Junior Motion Designer, someone who is interested in working on game creatives.

At the start, tasks will be mostly technical, but with strong performance you will be involved in more complex and creative work.

• We are looking for a freelance contractor.

• If the results are strong, there is a possibility of transitioning to a full-time role.

• Paid test tasks including render and project files submission required

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Create advertising video creatives for mobile games

• Resize videos for different formats and platforms

• Localize creatives including text replacement and graphic adaptation

• Edit and assemble videos, add effects and titles

• Support and scale existing creatives including variations, edits, and adaptations

• Work closely with the creative team and gradually take on more advanced tasks such as intros for creatives, merge videos, and AI-related work

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a similar role

• A portfolio with relevant work and a clear indication of your contribution. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered

• Confident skills in After Effects

• Basic skills in Photoshop or similar tools

• Understanding of editing, pacing, and post-production principles for advertising videos, and ability to apply them

• Basic understanding of AI tools for graphics and video

• Ability to work carefully with project files and source materials

• Willingness to handle technical tasks and work with a high volume of variations

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks

• Adaptability to new tools

• Engagement in processes, interest in improving workflows, and willingness to identify and fix inefficiencies together with the team
