As Lead Game Producer, you'll oversee game production from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring our games deliver exceptional player experiences and achieve business objectives. На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development;

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance product growth and user engagement;

• Optimize product economics and implement effective monetization strategies;

• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate product enhancements and features;

• Collaborate closely with product analytics to gather insights and drive data-informed decisions;

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for gameplay innovation;

• Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.

• 5+ years of experience in game development, with a proven track record in a similar leadership role;

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release;

• Excellent team management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary team;

• Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies;

• Proficient in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology.
