We are looking for a Lead Unity Developer to define technical standards, ensure project stability, and optimize performance while driving innovation in our games.
На які завдання (обов'язки)?
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
Optimize CPU, GPU, FPS, memory, and resource loading.
Ensure high coding standards and develop a Common Template.
Research and implement new technologies and best practices.
Maintain and improve internal documentation.
Support LiveOps processes and A/B testing.
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
5+ years in Unity (C#) development and 1+ year in a lead role.
Expertise in game performance optimization for iOS & Android.
Strong understanding of Unity architecture and best coding practices.
Experience in A/B testing and LiveOps processes.
English B2+.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Addressables, Asset Bundles, ECS, DI.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Unit testing, Shader Graph.
Strong skills in technical documentation.
