The studio was founded by a passionate team of game industry veterans with the goal of creating Web 3.0 games with AAA-quality with the power of Unreal Engine 5.

Red Chameleon is ambitious to develop the games of the future with it’s energetic team and it’s AAA backgrounded co-founders who are leading them.

• Being enthusiastic about Open World and MMO game development,

• At least 5 years of professional work experience with Unreal Engine,

• Excellent command of the C++ language,

• Knowledge of server infrastructures,

• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, motivation and a strong sense of ownership,

• Ability to work as a great team player and team management skills,

• Ability to find fast and effective solutions to challenging problems,

• Ability to design large systems and ensure that they can be produced in small parts,

• To be highly self-motivated and to keep the motivation of the team at the highest level,

• Excellent command of English,

• Being enthusiastic about Web 3.0 technologies (optional).
