Lead Unreal Engine Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior UE Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Unreal Engine and C++ programming, particularly in multiplayer/open-world game development.

G-SPACE STUDIO LTD is a European game development studio. Our company has been developing games and applications since 2011. We work with partners from Europe, Canada, and the USA.
We started as a small team of indie Flash game developers, and now we are a solid studio of game development veterans. We love games and know almost everything about them. We are developing high-quality products of varying complexity, such as MMORPG, AR / VR games, and applications.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Capture and analyze requirements; break down and delegate tasks across the team.

• Lead and mentor developers, supporting their growth and managing day-to-day work.

• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to implement gameplay features.

• Take ownership of systems and features from concept to delivery.

• Write clean, efficient C++ code and review code from peers to maintain quality and performance.

• Profile and optimize gameplay systems.

• Ensure balanced workload distribution and team efficiency.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of lead experience

• 4+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.

• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ programming.

• 3+ years of experience developing multiplayer games.

• 2+ years of experience with Replication system (Iris, Replication graph, etc)

• Experience with profiling and optimization
  
  Nice to Have:

  • Experience with OpenWorld game development

  • Experience with Tools development

  • Experience with P4 and Swarm

  • Understanding of basic microservice architecture

  • Experience with Unreal Game Sync (UGS)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with third-party profilers (e.g., Visual Studio Profiler)

  • Experience with experimental technologies in UE releases
