To such a top place we are looking for a Localization Manager to develop and make our projects better.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Manage localization projects

• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare texts for localization to the languages supported in our games

• Manage localization projects

• Translate in-game text elements from English into Russian and vice versa

• Work with external localization vendors to obtain high-quality translations of the in-game text elements

• Monitor the quality of the translation, proofread texts (mostly English and Russian, knowledge of other languages will be a plus) before passing them over to the team of developers

• Keep localized versions consistent with design and user experience

• Manage style guides and other resources necessary for effective work

• Monitor project deadlines

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Localization Manager or in a similar role

• Advanced English and Russian

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines

• Experience in collaborating with translators, proofreaders or external localization vendors

• Ability to clearly formulate detailed instructions

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in localized content

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve localization issues
  
  Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of other foreign languages is a big plus. Japanese, Korean or Chinese are a priority.

• Gamedev experience

• Experience with CAT tools and Glossaries
