THE GOAL

As the Marketing Art Director, you are to own the vision and pipeline for all marketing related creative assets. You will be writing briefs and managing the art deliverables from end to end. While collecting the demands of relevant teams’ creative needs, you will be both contributing to the production and leading the pipeline with your peers to deliver top-notch user acquisition and marketing assets.

• Define and execute creative strategies that serve business goals

• Maintain current and working knowledge on industry/market trends, make recommendations as appropriate

• Collaborate with stakeholders, internal and external art teams

• Create innovative concepts and write concise production briefs

• Build infrastructure to support fast-paced and high-quality assets

• Create marketing production pipeline to maximize efficiency

• Create and manage the approval process

• Mentor team members to increase art quality

• Analyze metrics to gauge performance of assets

• Share creative insights to wider teams

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Minimum five years' experience as a creative lead in game industry

• Experience producing static and animated images as well as videos

• Experience managing internal art resources and external vendors

• Experience working with data for analysis and reporting

• Positive attitude and ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback

• Ability to coach, manage, mitigate, and prioritize for you and your team

• Able to adapt design style to suit different platforms and  audiences

• Excellent attention to detail and strong desire to iterate and improve on processes

• Excellent command of the English language

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
