Monetization Designer

Reef Games is looking for an experienced Monetization Designer to join the team behind Fable Town, our casual merge-3 mobile game. 

In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of in-game offers and promotions- from bundle creation to A/B test execution, metric analysis, and close collaboration with Analytics, Live-Ops, and Game Design.

• Offers: Create and maintain bundles, discounts, and IAP packages

• A/B Testing: Configure, launch, and analyze experiments

• Optimization: Review results, identify growth opportunities, and formulate hypotheses

• Communication: Partner with analysts, developers, and game designers to implement and refine monetization features
  

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of experience in F2P monetization, Live-Ops, or game economy design (Senior level)

• Deep understanding of mobile game monetization strategies

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; hands-on experience with A/B testing tools

• Exceptional attention to detail, responsibility, and a systematic approach

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the merge-3 genre

• SQL skills for data querying and analysis

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
