We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.
Our holding is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The headquarters of the holding is located in Cyprus. The CEO and owner of PIN-UP Global is Marina Ilina.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?
1. Employee Experience & Engagement:
Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand.
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and internal events.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on results.
Provide support and consulting for managers on people management and retention strategies.
2. HR Operations & Process Automation:
Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, offboarding).
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Optimize and automate HR processes to improve efficiency.
Maintain HR documentation and reports with high accuracy.
3. International Employee Support:
Provide HR support to foreign employees, ensuring smooth integration.
Assist with work permits, relocation, and adaptation processes.
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
3+ years of experience in IT HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding).
English: Intermediate (B1) or preferably Upper-Intermediate (B2).
Proven experience in organizing and implementing HR processes.
Strong expertise in employer branding initiatives.
Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
Ability to build and maintain effective internal communication channels.
