PMO Producer

Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Since 2022, we have been a part of Virtuos, the world’s leading game developer, and have become the first Virtuos studio in Eastern Europe.

In particular, we have contributed to the development of popular games such as Diablo 2: Resurrected, Metro Exodus, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Smite, Paladins, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, and Marvel Snap. Therefore our team creates high-end gaming content and games for various Mobile, PC, Console, and VR projects.

We are looking for a PMO Producer to join our team, who will work with a wide variety of video games ranging from indie to AAA. You will be working on structures, processes, production training, project audits and data analysis to improve our efficiency and productivity under the supervision of the PMO Director.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Writing of production-related documentation;

• Creation of Agile, Lean, Waterfall and general production-related trainings;

• Presenting trainings and animating production workshops;

• Identifying best practices, processes, and structures for our projects;

• Audit of Game Division projects to spot good practices to share across and structural issues to be addressed to improve velocity, efficiency, and productivity;

• Propose improvement and restructuration plans to solve project issues;

• Mentoring of Game Division producers for Agile/Lean & production practices;

• Be a Point of Contact for Production Directors of studios you are involved in to help improve project management practices together;

• Adapt to a wide range of project types in terms of their production stakes;

• Research and explore new production practices to be explored and to be implemented in our productions;

• Collaborate with PMO team to further develop our internal tools and initiatives.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Project management studies/training/certifications with an emphasis on Agile/Lean practices;

• At least 5 years’ experience in Game Production as Associate Producer or Producer;

• Professional experience with production tools like Hansoft, JIRA with an emphasis on JIRA and especially experience in JIRA administration;

• Proficient with Microsoft 360 suite;

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean philosophy and frameworks associated with;

• Appetite for structures, processes, and tools;

• Appeal for tracking & risk management;

• Data analytical skills and statistics knowledge;

• Observational and analytical skills;

• Experience with production-related problem-solving;

• Effective English written and verbal communication skills;

• Positivity yet objectivity;

• Ability to defend its positions and negotiate with stakeholders.
