Product Analyst

AIstats is an innovative ecosystem of football products, combining advanced big data analysis and computer vision technologies. Our goal is to enhance football understanding for fans and create new game analysis opportunities for professionals.

We are a fast-growing team of 20 people based in Poland. Recently, we secured investments from Google executives and leading mobile company founders, which helped us increase our company’s value fourfold in the past year.

Our Products:

• AIstats Mobile App – a consumer product for fans and bettors, which has already reached 100K MAU since its launch in September.

• AIstats Business Solutions – analytics tools powered by ML models and computer vision technologies, helping clubs and scouts make more informed decisions.

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our products. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover valuable insights that drive measurable improvements. We need someone who can go beyond the numbers, spot trends, and turn data into actionable strategies. На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Generating hypotheses for product improvement based on data.

• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results.

• Ownership of a clear A/B testing process.

• Creating BI tools (dashboard/report) for monitoring and analyzing key product metrics.

• Managing and structuring analytics events taxonomy

• Integrating statistically significant solutions into the product.

• Full engagement in product processes, including funnel exploration at every stage and hypothesis generation.

• Working with raw data.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience in conducting A/B testing and a solid understanding of its principles.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts).

• Knowledge of the basics of mathematical statistics for data analysis, planning, and evaluating A/B tests.

• Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and provide recommendations, and effectively communicate insights to the team
