Senior Product Manager

Values Value, the main recruiting expert in gamedev, is looking for a creative and analytical Senior Product Manager for our client, a mobile games company based in San Francisco Bay Area’s Palo Alto city, next to Stanford. You will help the company to build a world-class, Top 10 grossing game with some of the brightest minds in the games industry! 

As Product Manager you’ll deliver best-in-class features and player experiences that are innovative, fun and directly shape the company's growth strategy.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Own the game — be the main point of contact, chief problem solver, and principal collaborator for game development, marketing, and live operations to ensure the game's continuous growth.

• Own the data — analyze game and user data, constantly improve users’ game experience. Leverage the power and knowledge of our extended Analytics to find trends and optimization opportunities.

• Champion and rally internal and external cross-functional groups to effectively guide projects from development to launch and throughout their product lifecycle.

• Voice of the customer — explore and learn how and why customers engage with our games. Become their voice and represent their needs throughout the development process.

• Work as part of a top-tier team to carefully craft the player journey, ensuring we keep players highly engaged and delighted from the moment they start the game to their elder game experience.

• Be the CEO of your feature sets, drive decision making with a 360 purview.

• Work closely with the founders, head of data, head of UA and others to create and deliver Product Roadmap.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of work experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / Producer with mobile f2p games, mainly casual, and a passion for games and game development. 

• Excellent analytical and communication skills to make data-driven decisions.

• A strong desire to excel.

• Likes to learn and see games from a 360 degree perspective.
