На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Goal: Ensure game quality before release and after updates, minimize critical bugs in production.

Tasks:

• Build and manage a testing team (recruit testers, coordinate workflow)

• Conduct large-scale testing in online multiplayer games

• Create effective test plans with clear prioritization

• Break the game—find hidden vulnerabilities and edge cases

• Test games before release

• Test updates after release (seasonal content drops)

• Document and prioritize bugs in Trello

• Optimize and streamline the testing process

Key KPIs: Number of critical bugs found pre-release, speed of bug documentation and processing, effectiveness of test team management, minimization of production bugs.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of QA/testing experience in the gaming industry

• Experience organizing and coordinating testing teams

• Ability to create test plans and test cases

• Strong prioritization skills for tasks and bugs

• Experience with bug tracking systems (Trello or similar)

• Understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, stress testing)

• Experience testing online multiplayer games

• Familiarity with Fortnite and its mechanics is a strong plus

• English proficiency for documentation and communication

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Unreal Engine or UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite)

• Experience in Fortnite game development

• Understanding of game design principles
