Senior Publishing Manager (Nintendo Switch)

Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Dancing Line and Ramp Car Jumping. We’re a game developer and a publisher. With over 250 employees, we cover games of nearly any genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch. 

We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Creating and executing publishing strategy for the Nintendo Switch portfolio

• Managing games portfolio on the Nintendo Switch platform

• Creating and executing digital pricing and bundle policy

• Creating and executing retail policy

• Securing distribution deals and being in direct contact with the platform owner

• Planning and executing marketing activities including user acquisition, reviews, PR, events, and advertising

• Market research of new titles and publishing best practices

• Overseeing the development of new games and being in touch with product owners

• Managing and planning publishing budget and roadmap

• Building relationships with key stakeholders, developers, marketing agencies, and platform owner

• Minimum two years experience as a Nintendo Switch Publishing Manager or similar

• Experience in the game dev industry

• Continuous desire to optimize operations

• Independence in problem solving

• Ability to estimate work time and be punctual

• Ability to manage projects on time and on budget

• Good work organization

• Communication skills

• Flexible mindset

• Enthusiastic attitude

• Very good analytical skills

• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheet

• Good knowledge of Atlassian Jira or other product management tools

Nice to have:

• Publishing experience on PC and Steam platform

• Knowledge of the production cycle phases of game development and knowledge of the internal production process
