We’re seeking a sharp, English-speaking teammate for the evening shift (part-time remotely, 2/2, shift — 8 hours from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Kyiv time) to help our users. • Handling incoming user requests (email, online chat)

• Working with user accounts in CRM

• Online monitoring state of the site and timely response to failures

• You’re ready to resolve difficult or even conflict situations

• Have experience working as support or call center operator

• Knowledge of Spanish

• Active CS2 player (we will give preference to candidates who are active gamers)
