SayGames is currently seeking a System Administrator — a reliable professional who ensures stability behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle a high volume of tasks, manage technical infrastructure, support employees, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Warsaw.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Operational monitoring of system functionality.

• Providing support to company employees regarding computer hardware and software issues.

• Logging requests in the Service Desk system, analyzing user inquiries, and working on tickets through to resolution.

• Basic administration: creating and editing various accounts (email, domain, internet, etc.).

• Administration of the company's server infrastructure and network equipment.

• Setting up new office workstations.

• Installing and maintaining standard software applications.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Ability to solve tasks independently (including searching for solutions via Google).

• Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS.

• Understanding of networking principles; ability to configure local networks and routing.

Nice to have:

• Experience with monitoring systems.

• Experience with CI/CD tools.

• Experience working with Docker.

• Knowledge of Python and/or Go.

• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL).

• Understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack.
