На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Mentor and guide junior art auditors, supporting their growth and creative decision-making.

• Evaluate gameplay flow, pacing, and challenge to ensure each playable feels dynamic and rewarding.

• Review and approve assets, visuals, and gameplay before delivery to clients.

• Refine AI-generated art and design outputs for consistency, clarity, and production quality.

• Polish 2D/3D content, including UI, models, and VFX, maintaining both performance and artistic fidelity.

• Create quality standards and audit checklists for process efficiency and consistency.

• Collaborate with tech, design, and development teams to maintain smooth, high-impact workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Blender, particularly in optimization and real-time shading.

• Confident skills in 2D art and UI refinement for clarity and visual appeal.

• Understanding of core gameplay and design principles — mechanics, feedback loops, and player flow.

• Experience working with mobile games or playable ad formats.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and ability to enhance their outputs.

• Strong sense of visual quality and communication.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
