Technical Artist

Dream Team is a fast-growing game development startup focused on building engaging mobile games. We are an ambitious and passionate team that truly loves games and the process of creating them. Working with Unity, we explore different genres and aim to deliver products that resonate with a wide audience.

We are currently looking for a Technical Artist to help us enhance the visual quality of our mobile projects in the hyper-casual and match-3 genres.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Responsibilities:

• Set up and optimize the visual aspects of the game (lighting, VFX, post-processing)

• Create and implement visual effects in Unity with a strong focus on mobile performance

• Optimize shaders and assets for mobile devices

• Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, and developers to improve workflows

• Identify pipeline bottlenecks and propose effective solutions

• Support and maintain the overall visual style of the project

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Artist, VFX Artist, or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Unity (including particle systems, shaders, and lighting)

• Experience optimizing graphics for mobile platforms

• Understanding of the full art production pipeline in games

• A portfolio showcasing relevant work
