Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for a UI/UX Designer for one of our clients, Ukrainian studio, an enthusiastic young, motivated and passionate team who share the goal of making the best online MMO Sandbox on mobile devices.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Collaborate with the product department and Product Owner during the requirements gathering process and throughout feature development.

• Design interfaces for in-game mechanics.

• Analyze and work on improving the design of existing mechanics' interfaces.

• Develop and maintain the project's UI Kit.

• Prepare graphical assets for development handoff.

• Analyze the mobile gaming market to identify new trends and approaches in interface design.

• Review and approve developed interfaces.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing gaming interfaces.

• A portfolio showcasing recent and relevant work.

• Proficiency in Figma (Components, Styles, Auto Layouts) and Photoshop.

• Expertise in UX (User Experience) design.

• Skills in interface prototyping and User Flow development.

• Аrtistic sensibility and taste.

Will be a plus

• Experience working as a UX/UI designer on Midcore projects in genres such as Action, FPS, MMO, Simulators, and MOBA.

• Skill in hand-drawing vector elements.

• Ability to analyze and provide clear feedback on interface issues.

• Capability to justify and defend design decisions.

• Proficiency in matte painting.
