Values Value, the main recruiting expert in gamedev, is searching for the User Acquisition Analyst for one of our clients, start-up, that developed a new application for different kinds of written agreements for every possible need.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

  1. Launch and manage mobile user acquisition campaigns on ad networks, social media platforms and various other channels

  2. Analyze data to optimize campaigns to meet volume and return on investment targets

  3. Brief design teams on creative assets to maximize performance

  4. Work with internal teams as needed to improve performance and troubleshoot issues

  5. Test new partners and channels to find additional qualified sources of traffic

  6. Work with data science team and business performance managers to develop insights

  7. Track campaigns and generate frequent performance reports to present to senior management

  8. Communicate professionally with key acquisition partners our Marketing objectives and expectations

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a metrics driven role

  2. A quantitative mind and love for numbers

  3. Experience with data analytics and campaign optimization

  4. Advanced excel skills (pivot table, vLook up)

  5. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

  6. Ability to initiate projects independently

  7. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  8. Experience running and optimizing campaigns on mobile ad networks preferred

  9. Experience with mobile marketing campaigns based on CPC/CPM/CPI bids preferred

  10. Skills in visual design
