Unity Technical Lead

What are you working on?

• Genres: Action, Adventure, Puzzle, Racing, Role-playing, Simulation, Strategy, Shooter, Casual, Arcade, Fighting, Platformer

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Prototyping and internal tools development;

• Tech process establishment and maintenance;

• Building teams;

• Conducting technical interviews for new candidates.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of Unity game development experience;

• Team leading\management experience (5+ members including devs);

• Released games in the portfolio;

• Strong Unity and C# expertise;

• Deep knowledge of the game development process;

• Agile practices knowledge and deep understanding;

• Estimation and planning skills;

• Fluent English and Russian/Ukrainian speaking.
  

Will be a plus:

• Freelance experience;

• Backend / mobile native development experience;

• C++ knowledge and hands-on experience;

• UE development experience;
