2025 Summer Intern - Consumer Marketing

This position is based in Las Vegas and sits within the Consumer Marketing team, speaking directly to domestic Aristocrat players, aged 21 and older, through media, advertising, partnerships, and on-floor promotions and events. This position will support our internal agency function, creating bespoke media solutions to generate awareness of new game launches, game placements, property events, and promotions, and more. Across traditional, digital, and social media efforts, this position will learn to strategize, budget, execute, and analyze media campaigns to help support and drive Aristocrat's performance.

The internship lasts 10 weeks, starting in early June and ending in mid-August. Candidates will be required to prepare and submit a project report at the end of the 10 weeks. The internship offers a flat per hour stipend capped at 40 hrs. per week and does not offer any other benefits or allowances. Candidates will be required to arrange their housing and transport.

Job Requirements

• Assist with ad operations, campaign QA, and workflow tracking across media channels, while learning tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

• Research social trends, schedule posts, moderate engagement, and contribute to digital campaign planning.

• Help track media spending, organize vendor materials, and support account teams with timelines, trackers, and presentation decks.

• Contribute to content proposals, internal presentations, and drive the organization of shared resources and project documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and entering a Junior or Senior Year

• Must be 21 years of age by June 2, 2025

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take on tasks while growing and developing professional skill sets.

• A background or strong interest in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business

• Experience in Microsoft Office programs

• Familiarity with current social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in the gaming industry

• Strong time management skills and organization

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
