We are tinyBuild, a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats.
Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.
We are seeking a 2D Artist for a new project from our in-house indie studio, Hungry Couch, in a semi-casual art style with elements of diesel-punk and retro-futurism. In the past, the team has already released a game that combines elements of action, strategy, and RPG set in a world of floating islands, realized in pixel art style - "Black Skylands."
Currently, the team is working on a new single-player 2D game that blends strategy, resource management, and tower defense elements. The project is in the pre-production stage.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least two years of experience in 2D art for gaming projects as a 2D Artist, 2D Illustrator, or Concept Artist;
Substantial experience using graphic editing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., combined with excellent hand-drawing skills;
Knowledge of the fundamentals of game design and how visual style impacts gameplay and game perception;
A portfolio showcasing previous 2D game projects, demonstrating relevant skills and experience.
