For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Pixel Asset Creation: Design characters, enemies, props, environments, and UI elements in clean, readable pixel style
Frame‑by‑Frame Animation: Produce smooth walk‑cycles, attack moves, and special effects with strong timing and squash‑stretch
Technical Optimization: Work within file‑size, palette and resolution constraints to ensure fast load times on mobile and PC
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Pixel Art Specialist: 2+ years experience in professional pixel art for games or interactive media. Any samples (including sprite sheets and animated .GIF files) of the 2D pixel artwork is a plus
Strong Fundamentals: Deep understanding of color theory, composition, perspective, and silhouette readability
Animation Savvy: Proven ability to craft character and effect animations in the pixel medium
Detail‑Oriented & Resourceful: Meticulous in every pixel, adaptable to technical constraints, and fast at problem‑solving
Team Player: Clear communicator who thrives on feedback and shares knowledge willingly
Proficient Tools: Aseprite, Photoshop, Pyxel Edit, or equivalent; basic familiarity with Unity sprite pipeline is a plus

Artistic Precision:
Mastery of color theory for limited palettes (e.g., 16-bit constraints).
