We are looking for an experienced and ambitious 3D character artist who will help elevate our visual development to a new level.

We are developing a multiplayer third-person PvP shooter for PC and consoles in a sci-fi setting, with a focus on esports. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. We aim to create a AAA-level product capable of bringing innovation to the gaming industry.

What are you working on?
  • Genres: Shooter

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Creating characters through the entire pipeline: sculpting (hard surface armor, organic), low poly modeling/UV unwrapping/baking, and potentially training in hand-paint textures;

  • Communicating within the team, attending team meetings, and participating in discussions on workflow.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience in ZBrush, Maya, Marmoset Toolbag, Substance Painter;

  • Experience with stylization: skill in clean sculpting, strong knowledge of anatomy, and understanding of character design for animation purposes;

  • Low-poly modeling. Clean, without wobbling/pinching/non-planar polygons. Can be done in any software (Maya, Blender), but should be compatible with ZBrush (quad-based low-poly mesh without N-gons);

  • Sculpting. Folds, hair, faces. IMPORTANT: Folds are sculpted manually in ZBrush, WITHOUT simulation in Marvelous Designer;

  • Basic understanding of working in UE5 and/or willingness to quickly learn the basics of its functionality;

  • High artistic awareness and ability to convey line dynamics in sculpting;

  • Willingness to work iteratively in the development process.

Will be a plus:

  • Art education;

  • Hand-painted texturing skills.

Working schedule: Remote work from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00.
